The JMP at a glance
-Can be commenced at any time
-Unlimited employment contract
-Individual choice of program components
-Functional focus according to personal interests/abilities
-Total duration: 18 to 24 months
-Four to six assignments in diverse functions, divisions and locations - including one in a different country, as an integral part of the JMP
-Integrative work concept: project assigmnets combined with day-to-day business
-Advice and support from members of senior management
-Agreement on goals prior to assignments, feedback on their conclusion
-Wealth of opportunities for networking with other participants of the JMP, specialists and executives
-Varied program of cultural and leisure activities

JMPの概要
-通年採用
-無期限の雇用契約
-各自がプログラムの中から内容を選択
-各自の興味や能力に応じて専門領域を選択
-合計期間:18-24ヵ月
-様々な事業部や拠点で4-6の異なるアサイメントを完了します。そのうちの1つである海外派遣は、JMPでは必須となります。
-日常業務と併せてプロジェクト業務も行います。
-経営幹部からの助言とサポート
-業務課題の達成目標について事前に打ち合わせ、その結果についてフィードバック
-JMPに参加しているスペシャリストや幹部との交流を通じ、豊富に広がる人脈作りの機会
-文化活動、加害活動などの様々なプログラム |
